Diseases are a major problem I keep having to face, such as Malaria, Yellow Fever, dysentery, typhoid, and dengue. I always have to stay healthy or there is that possibility I may lose my job. :( Not to mention this tropical heat is driving me crazy. When will the sun go away!?!?!? There are so many things we have to look out for such as Train derailments, falling from the trains, being crushed under land and mud slides, and suffication from noxious gases are the other ones. Geez and people think being a doctor is hard work....
