  2. When the boys said to you "We'll crucify you like you crucified Jesus," did you have any idea what they meant? Or who they heard that from?
  3. What were you thinking when you were marched into the line to be killed? And how exactly did you escape without being seen?
  4. What happened to your sister after you returned to your old town to find your mother had past away?

Check Your Textbooks!

Dear Mr. Principal,
I believe our textbooks NOT teaching us what we need to know, they are leaving out a lot of history, which in Unacceptable! In this case teachers should inform us students with the facts that are not listed, such as the Rape of Nanking. Topics such as this may be "denied" or censored, but we are big boys and girls now, we can take it. The Rape of Nanking was a tragic event, the Japanese invaded Chine, killing off many....but in horrible ways, such as beheading, which they took as a game. They also had the fathers rape the daughter, while the sons raped the mothers. Another awful event that is NOT LISTED in textbooks happened in Chechnya, Russia. Where men between the ages of 15 and 49, faced the threat of theft, beatings, arrest, and murder by Russian soldiers by going door to door in search for rebels. Therefore don't leave out key events that have happened and the world will be a better place, haven't you heard of history repeats it's self?
Sincerely,
Julia
